LEADERSHIP
The Leadership Team decided initially to produce a half day course covering the essential dimensions and sources of inspiration for CLC Leadership. These considerations resulted in the following framework:
1. CLC Leadership model
Leadership as “Quality of Presence in Common Mission”
Leadership as “Service/Ministry”
Leadership as “Invitation to special role/office”
2. Inspirational/spiritual sources on Leadership
Scriptural - Ignatian - CLC
The developments were endorsed by NExCo in June. It was asked that work continue until brief summary papers were produced covering all the elements of such a course. It was NExCo’s intention that the final product be able to be run by a facilitator with minimum preparation and all relevant materials at their disposal.
