LEADERSHIP
The Leadership Team decided initially to produce a half day course covering the essential dimensions and sources of inspiration for CLC Leadership. These considerations resulted in the following framework:
CLC Leadership model:
- Leadership as “Quality of Presence in Common Mission”
- Leadership as “Service/Ministry”
- Leadership as “Invitation to special role/office”
