Welcome to Christian Life Community (CLC) NSW
There are currently 25 established groups in NSW, most of which are in the Sydney metropolitan region. There are also groups at Coffs Harbour, Penrith and Woolgoolga. The first groups in NSW were formed in 1981.
A local CLC community is made up of six to eight members who meet fortnightly for quiet prayer, usually based on scripture. This is followed by a sharing of experience in which members reflect on how they have encountered the Lord in their everyday lives.
The NSW Executive Council (ExCo) plans activities for members such as retreats, prayer days, opportunities for activity in areas of social justice and social functions. By participating in these activities CLC members are able to experience being part of the wider CLC community. For a list of the events planned for 2010, see our CALENDAR.
When you enquire about CLC, a member will contact you to explain more about CLC and, if you wish, perhaps meet you and explore your areas of interest. You are assured of a warm welcome and a sympathetic response.
